Special conference rates are available to in-person conference attendees for the nights of August 1-4 at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel in Frankfurt, as follows:

Notes:
- All room rates include VAT (taxes).
- Single, Double and Executive Room rates include a free daily breakfast for each room guest.
- Junior Suite and Family Room rates include two free daily breakfasts. A breakfast surcharge will be added to the room rate for additional guests, as follows:
- Guests up to 6 years old: free
- Guests 6-12 years old: €9.50 per guest per night
- Guests over 12 years old: €19.00 per guest per night
- In any room, add a baby bed for 1 child up to 3 yrs, or 1 child up to 6 yrs sleeping in parents’ bed, at no additional charge. Please note additional child under “Special Wishes.”

Parking is available in a public parking garage, adjacent to the hotel. Current rates are €3/hour or €20/day.
Meals Information
The conference will provide the following meals for registered attendees:
- Friday night reception (light fare)
- Saturday night group dinner
- Lunch Saturday and Sunday
- Break refreshments during conference sessions
As a reminder, a complimentary breakfast buffet is available to hotel guests, included with your daily room rate.
Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies on the registration form for each attendee in your family/group.
Childcare Services
Free childcare services will be provided by licensed childcare providers for children between the ages of two and twelve. Childcare will be available from 8:00 to 11:30 and 1:00 to 4:00 on Saturday (with a break from 11:30 to 1:00 to allow for a conference group photo, and lunch), and 8:00 to 12:00 on Sunday. The childcare room will be located near the main conference meeting room. Children will join their parents for lunch, and have access to snacks and drinks throughout the day. Fun games and activities will also be provided!
Several of the childcare providers will be available at the Friday night welcome reception in order to meet children and their parents, and to host some kids’ activities during the reception.
Please indicate your plans for childcare services for each child on their respective registration form. Additional information about caring for your child will be requested by the childcare agency as we approach the conference.
